Border Internet - Give a serious miss!!

Absolutely hopeless operation!! You CANNOT get them to answer the phone, or e-mails - our phones drop multiple times a day and we can get nobody to help because you can't contact them - do not know what to do - I think I'll just stop the debit order - that may bring some action but I wouldn't hold my breath - there HAS to be somebody better out the!!!
