Rewards program

<p>I tread daily to my local Bootleggers, situated in Century City for my daily dose of 'coffee' in the form of Tumeric flat white, which cost R32.00. Never the less, I am one of those 'rewards' loyalty kinda people and after scanning my 'earn' reward image via my Bootleggers app only to find out that this item doesnt attract the reward and so does some other 'coffee' mixtures. This is totally absurd, honestly, i had a chat with the manager, who is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and i was told that unfortunately this mixture is not coffee based and does not attract a loyalty point. My issue is that no where is this clearly displayed at any Bootleggers franchise nor is this common practice in the industry. To compare apples with apples, Vida Caffe, you receive loyalty points for any beverage or any item purchased in store. I would urge you to review your loyalty program as this is one avenue that seperates one business from the next.</p>
