Poor service

I have arrive at bootleggers Olivedale Corner 09:00am, Mvela and was told to sit down, when I was ready to order I was told I can’t order food, I ordered coffee which did not come and also requested a manager who also took his own time to come, and that coffe too, when I asked why can’t I order Mvelo told me that all chefs did not come for work!! How come a big resturant like this not have back up ?

The manager arrived Phila and told me that gas stove are not working since yesterday and they were not supposed to open and the owners to them that they must open regardless. If owners said this that u do not care about your customers or your staff for that matter. And your internal issues must remain internal
