Dreadful service at Bootleggers, Century City.

Dreadful experience at Bootleggers, Century City today. The service is always dreadful but this time was truly awful. Took ages to get our order in, looong wait, the coffee served was bitter, half cold, luke warm milk and expensive. Half the food arrived eventually, no cutlery supp****, no serviettes. We eventually fetched our own. The croissant ordered never arrived, crayons for the kid were minimal. The waitress finally brought the bill. She was rude, clearly overworked. I suggest the owners employ more staff and make use of the great location. We won't go back.
