Down with Bootleggers!!!!!!!!!

I bought a gift of Chivas RegaI in a tin at Glenvista Bootleggers.. However after shopping I went home and unpacked only to find that the bottle was broken with the seal still on. I took it back only to be told it cant be replaced. I was advised to contact the H/O. I drove to the H/O only to find it closed. I went back but still received no joy. I called the H/O the next day and repeated the story only to be told that the director can make the call to replace it. I waited for the call and did not receive a response I decided to call them myself. I was told very politely that the director had decided that he cannot replace it. It was like talking to the wall. Where is the Christmas spirt? Bootleggers don't give a **** about customer service. R400 is a lot of money for me and it is a present that is given from the heart. Now I do not have the money to buy another bottle. By the way I do not consume alcohol.
