Amazing Service and Manager

I had a bit of a issue with my order and the Manager at the Bootleggers in Ferndale on Republic, Pilanie, was so amazing. He fixed my order, offered me more food, made my meal on the house, gave me free flapjacks and gave my mom a coffee on the house to make up for it. He was so friendly and wonderful and made sure that we were happy. He is an asset to the company for putting customers first and handling situations with grace and a friendly smile. That's what a manager should be. Waiters are also super friendly!
