Shockingly unprofessional and ********* business conduct!!!!

What utter, unprofessional nonsense!! Firstly, how do they get personal information? What database? It is ********* business practice and ******* as far as I know. They just don't take no for an answer either, persistent calls. I asked for my quote via email and what was very hesitantly sent, was completely incorrect as to what was stated during the phone calls! The "admin error" is a reflection on how useless they are. I found discrepancies and loopholes with every investigative step I took to find out more about what was offered and one of the insurance companies used in the offer/quote. They state you can have your vehicle insurance excess waivered by taking an additional policy (at an additional cost) with Generic Insurance Company Ltd... just check the hellopeter reviews for this insurance!! The reviews says it all!! Including the reviews for Boomerang... shocking. They also conveniently failed to mention their broker fee. It was only after I asked them if there is a broker fee, that they told me. Whatever you do, do not even begin to entertain their phone call, just put the phone down!!!!
