Profane and rude conduct of caller
A telemarketer called me an asshole twice after after I asked her to remove my name from their database. The manager seems to be protecting the culprit. Imagine having someone call you and call you an "@S$hole". I have little faith that there will be justice here, honeslty.

05 Oct 2020, 16:53I spoke with the superior, listened to the recording; They are adamant there was no name-calling and profanity. I am still not convinced, but I decided to let this one go, for the sake of peace

05 Oct 2020, 17:21I have also jsut spoken with the Sernior Operations manager, and he assured me that there has been a misinterpretation resulting from the audio, and can report that I am confident with his word, as this seems to be a sound issue.

I have also jsut spoken with the Sernior Operations manager, and he assured me that there has been a misinterpretation resulting from the audio, and can report that I am confident with his word, as this seems to be a sound issue.
