From sigh to smile

Wendy Lewis from Boomerang Marketing has proven to be a pleasure to work with after my initial complaint about the company she works for. She is very professional and was extremely prompt at following up my query until it was resolved. She actually explained how the ball was dropped in our first encounter and set out to correct all the wrongs that were in her control. Even though I was disgruntled at first, I am 100% happy with the way she stepped up to ensure she changes my customer experience. I will give them 4/5 only because I believe we should always leave room for continual improvement, but at this point in time, there is nothing more I am dissatisfied about from Boomerang Marketing.
