ya'll are draining, I swear.
Good-Morning 6 days ago I advised that as per the dashboard on my account I still owe boodle R1096.56 on LOAN NO ********** 8 | STATUS OVERDUE. I have to date not received any feedback on a query so very basic. I need you to urgently update your records & revert back to me, as this account has been paid!!! The fact that your records show that I owe you when in fact I’ve settled my account & you taking 6 days to resolve and respond back to me on such a basic query is cause for concern. Please do not handle my query in a lackadaisical fashion, I WANT FEEDBACK TODAY.
