Worst turn around time ever!

Worst turn around time ever, nearly two weeks waiting for feedback. Whichever channel you use to try get feedback isn’t helpful and the response are always with sarcasm and yet daily you get same automated emails asking for info which you've already sent…. Hectic!!!
