VERY UNSATISFIED

<p>I applies for a boodle loan on friday 12 august. I received an e mail 8:29 a.m that same day that i have been approved and the loan will be in my account within 10 mins. I waited and waited. I phoned boodle on the 13th 11:am and was just told that they will escalate the matter and i will receive a text shortly from my bank with the funds. But still no sms, no phone call no e mail. So i sent an e mail to ********** at 12:55 but still not a word from boodle and no funds. I app**** for the loan for a medical emergency because they advertise fast same day loans. I tried calling them because they state on their website they are avaliable 24/7/365 but just got a recorded message they have "gone home" now i am without any funds after my pregnant wifes procedure and i am still being billed interest for the weekend without actually receing the funds but i will hopefully get response only on monday. I am never going to make use of their service ever again. </p>
