USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
I am trying to reach you regarding an old loan that is still on my ITC. AND IM NOT GETTING HELP, AFTER COUNTLESS INTERACTIONS WITH YOU GUYS, I FOUND MYSELF THAT IT IS A OLD LOAN ref ***3, THAT IS STOPING ME FROM SORTING OUT MY OWN BUSINESS, I SWEAR THIS IS A TACTIC FROM YOU GUYS TO GET US TO COME BACK TO YOU ALL THE TIME. SORT THIS OUT PLEASE, I NEED YOU GUYS TO CONTACT ITC AND REMOVE THIS FROM MY PROFILE AS THIS IS YOUR JOB NOT MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND I WANT THIS DONE ASAP AND WHEN WE DONE WITH THIS PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, THANK YOU.

As per several communication sent last week.
Your request to update your credit profile was sent to all credit bureaus on the 14/11/2019 and feedback was received from XDS, Compuscan and Experian.
You were specifically inquiring about Experian and an email was sent to you that we did receive feedback from Experian and provided a reference no: ECA**********42 as confirmation from Experian that your credit profile was updated by them. Send us the report you are seeing so that we know what to escalate to them exactly, send the report to ***

25 Nov 2019, 12:41No not at all!please im sure you didn't look into my inquiry coz you giving a copy and [paste response, this is not the one, this is a new one that is also stuck on my credit report, I gave the reference in the complaint, a old Loan of august that was never closed .
when I called experian, they told me that one is closed, but the old one above is not
Please read and look into my inquiry before responding blindly, to my point pathetic customer service. YOU CLEARLY DID NOT READ MY COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
