Useless

<p>the customer service on their online chat, as well as their call centre agents and manager is useless. I was supposed to be phoned back yesterday after 15 minutes, I phoned again this morning and asked for the manager who was supposed to phone me back, till now, no one has phoned me. Gabriel was the agent I spoke to and he was terrible. they have an online chat, where no one speaks to you, so no use in having an online chat function. they read and do not reply, this is the most useless sevice. I tried to cancel my loan application and that has also not been done. I rate Getbucks a lot better, infact,</p> <p>any cutomer service is better!!!</p>
