I am writing this email out of sheer frustration and absolute disappointment with the level of service and negligence demonstrated by your institution. It has come to my attention that your system has been submitting loan applications on my behalf without my consent or approval. This is a serious violation that directly affects my personal information, my financial standing, and my right to privacy. I have logged multiple service requests to address this issue, yet to date, I have received no meaningful feedback or resolution. In the meantime, your system continues to create unauthorised credit inquiries on my profile — damaging my credit score and reputation. I have explicitly requested that you remove me from any system generating these automatic applications or inquiries, and that all such activity be stopped immediately. However, no one seems willing or able to take accountability. Your so-called support channels are ineffective — calls never go through, and your chat service feels entirely automated, offering no real assistance. This level of disregard for customers’ financial wellbeing is unacceptable. I demand that you: Immediately remove my details from any automated application systems. Cease all further credit inquiries linked to my name and ID. Confirm closure of any associated or unauthorised accounts. Provide written confirmation of these actions without delay. Failure to act on this matter will leave me with no choice but to escalate this issue to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the Banking Ombudsman for investigation. This has gone beyond inconvenience — it is now a matter of reputational and financial damage. I expect immediate action and a written response within 24hours.
