took loan did not pay on due date went on line made new arrangement with due date boodle did not take instead phoned me and added on more interest made new arrangement over 3 months boodle took 2 payments in 1 month and expected me to pay interest as if the payment was over 3 months arranged to pay balance. boodle did not stick to arrangement instead took more than was agreed. debit reversed and I made payment same day for the correct amount. this account is paid in full - today another debit put through for R1700 odd which is being reversed. final notices and threats and telephone calls - harassment boodle are *********, arrogant ******* - they do not listen and feel it is beneath them to explain -

I have done everything to pay this loan and boodle have done everything to make it as difficult as possible in order to extract more interest

I have also filed a formal complaint with the NCR "without prejudice"
