Unconsented record checks
They keep on performing credit checks on my record without my consent thus affecting my credit score. I have three unconsented enquiries from them. I put a dispute with Transunion for an enquiry they performed on my record without my consent on 19 April 2025, while that enquiry is still being investigated they perform another enquiry on May 5th to offer me a loan I did not apply for. Also, trying to get a hold of their "support team" telephonically on this number *** is futile.
