Unauthorized debit order

Hi' I need your assistance with Boodle they debited my account with a non existent loan after my payday loan was deducted, they took another amount of R2695.52 Now I spoke to their collections dept. yesterday they promised to refund me today, still no money in my ,No positive feedback from any of them after sending few emails If you owe these people money they can run quickly and blacklist you: I reserved that money to buy stationery for my kids and they stole it from my account that is ***** now I have to beg for my own money Please advisee what further steps I can take to get this resolved im fed up now, feel like not paying their loan back I have with them change my baking details, but I will not stoop that low Patric Witbooi

Please advise or help me..
