Unauthorized debi check
I have sent the requested documents on Wednesday for a refund of R967,64 that went off my account on Tuesday evening and yesterday when I called I'm being told it takes up to 24 hours working hours, which is absolute nonsense. The consultant said he can't transfer me to the finance department. Can I be contacted by manager/team leader as I'm not a happy client right now. This is pathetic. Definitely my last loan with boodle. If it was possible I was going to give you 0 (zero) star rating for this experience.
