Unauthorized Credit Enquiries and Identity ***** by Boodle Loans

I am extremely disappointed and deeply concerned about unauthorized hard credit enquiries that Boodle Loans has repeatedly made on my credit profile without my consent.

To date, there have been four unauthorized credit enquiries, and to make matters worse, another enquiry was done today — again, without my authorization. These repeated actions have negatively affected my credit score and caused unnecessary financial and emotional distress.

I have also received emails from Boodle stating that my “loan is in process,” despite the fact that I have not app**** for any new loan. I currently have an existing loan with Boodle, and any further loan applications or related credit activity are *****ulent and unauthorized.

This behaviour constitutes identity theft, *****, and financial harm. I therefore demand that:

All unauthorized credit enquiries be immediately removed from my credit profile.

Any loan processing or activity linked to my name and ID number be stopped immediately.

Boodle provides written confirmation outlining the steps being taken to resolve this issue.

If this matter is not fully resolved by next week Friday, I will proceed with legal action. What Boodle is doing is unacceptable, *********, and a serious breach of consumer rights.

I expect a prompt and transparent response addressing these concerns and confirming that all unauthorized activities have been stopped.
