*****ulent loan granted on my profile

A loan was granted to me without my consent. Never app**** with them but somehow agreements were sent and funds were paid into my account. Tried calling them but their number doesn't go through, on whatsapp you chat to a bot that closes the chat if you don't respond to it immediately and it's been over a week now trying to get a hold of them. I need urgent assistance with this and I want those funds reversed as I never needed it in the first place and I also won't be held liable for any fees or interest for a loan I never agreed to
