Turn around time is not 3 hours beware

No communication at all. Been trying to get hold of a consultant telephonically and been kept on hold for over 10 mins. Their online chat service doesn't ever work. No responses from emails to support.

Beware, they promise a time of 3 hours for processing and approval. I've been waiting 2 days already. Maybe you guys will respond and assist on this platform as you don't respond via emails or chat.
