****! They will keep your paid up accounts open on credit bureau!

I have sent numerous emails to them, it has been over 4 months now that I have settled their account and the claimed twice to have update the credit bureau that I have paid up but the bureau still looks the same. 3 months back I even found one account settled in 2011 still open and I had to send a dispute to the bureau.
