The most pathetic, useless "company" and extreme poor client service.

I have been passed from "Dominic" to "Mpho" to about 2 other just as useless "client" representatives.

I app**** online, accepted the quote, then emailed the statement as requested by them and 5 days later, still no loan paid out, still says pending. They just don't care, full of excuses and I think they're simply bankrupt and don't even have money to loan or they're just ****. I want my profile and all my details removed just in case they're ********** and are going to use my information to loan money in my name.

I'm going to go to the NCR to have my details removed from their records because they're useless.

Rather people use Wonga.
