Taking more money even after payment where made
I took out a loan with boodle in the amount of R 600 and paid it back on the 17th of Jan. After phoning them several times, emailing 100 times a day and still went and take a debit order! A consultant phoned me today the 1ste of Feb CONFIRMING THAT THEY DID RECEIVE MY PAYMENT AND EVERYTHING IS SORTED NOW!! NO MORE MONEY WILL BE TAKEN AND I DONT OWN THEM ANYTHING! And then they took another R673 from my account just now same today 6hours later!! Now this company clearly lie to there customers and they ***** money from customers!!! In total they took R1300 from me and thats after i paid them so R1300 were ****** from my bank again by Boodle Instant Loans!!!!
