Takes debitorder much earlier than authorisation

They take their monies much earlier than repayment date you chose when applying and date for which you authorise the debitorder..then their excuse, thats salary date on system..but then why the debitorder? And its endless admin to change salary date on system, need employer letter etc, when that is provided still no confirmation it was indeed changed.
