STOP DOING CREDIT ENQUIRY ON MY NAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME PUTTING THIS ON HERE AND I HAVE BEEN SKIPPED AND EVERYONE ELSE THEY REPLY TO, STOP IT I WANT YOU TO FIX MY CREDIT REPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so so angry with boodle, i currently have a loan with them and have 3 months to finish it. They without my knowledge go and do a credit check on my credit report and also i get messages that my loan is declined but i did not apply for any additional credit as i want to finish what i am paying first. I called and 3 consultants said they sent an email for my name to be removed and the last time i called was yesterday and the consultant promised that this will be done. What makes me MAD is the fact that i checked my credit report now and i have close to 12 reports some even on the same day checking my credit that i have not even asked them to do.

I am so so angry as this is affecting me applying for a home loan as the score keeps going down because of boodle. This needs to be fixed or i will take this to court. This is just ridiculous how do you do that, already we have to fight enough to survive with what we earn but you go and make it worse and go without my concern and do a credit check and apply for a loan that i do not need. I want nothing to do with boodle anymore, I am so angry. FIX this as i am also taking this to the ombudsman.
