****** Identity

I am so irritated by this company (if I may call it that). Firstly, I didn't even know who they were until I got a call from them wanting payment for a loan I know nothing about. I was a victim of identity theft about five years ago and the ***** supposedly took out a loan from these people including other banks. I am now constantly receiving calls from debt collectors/ attorneys saying that I have been handed over and demanding that I pay for a loan I know nothing about. I remember around the time this happened they called me and I explained the situation to them and even sent them an affidavit as well as the case number of the case that was opened. I requested that they send me a copies of documents used to acquire the loan of which they couldn't provide and wanted me to send them documents instead.

Just for clarity I do not take out loans that I cannot pay back.
