Slowest Pathetic Service
<p>I app**** online on the 30th of Jan 2017. On 31st Jan 2017 I received a quotation which I immediately accepted at around 12:00 in the afternoon. It is now 2nd Feb in the afternoon and no loan has been paid out as yet. The customer care agents, Mpho, Nhathi and Dominic pass you from one consultant to the next. The service is slow, and you do not get answers to your questions. In fact, when they dont want to talk to you anymore they just ignore your live chat or they block your profile to say no consultants are available. If you are looking for a quick short term loan YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME WITH BOODLE. </p>
