<p>Ive app**** for a small loan yesterday, after sending my documents twice ive still not received any feedback from them, i have given them until 10am today to get back to me but obviously they have not. </p> <p> </p> <p>They also need to stop misleading clients about 'instant' loans on there website, 2 days later is not instance. Get your processes working right to meet your clients expectations. </p>
