Shocking Service

Once again i find myself back here writing about boodle,not so long ago my complaint was raised regarding me having 2 accounts with boodle a consultant called me and asked me to send off bank statements as requested i sent them off .I had not heard anything from boodle so i assumed since its been more than a month everything has been resolved .little did i no for trusting boodle wow my account has been by the attorneys all this time and its now at its final stages where failure to make payment will result in me going to court.really i cant believe this its so hard to get through to customer service and all this trouble for an account i paid .this is clearly a mess up on there sidOnce again i find myself back here writing about boodle,not so long ago my complaint was raised regarding me having 2 accounts with boodle a consultant called me and asked me to send off bank statements as requested i sent them off .I had not heard anything from boodle so i assumed since its been more than a month everything has been resolved .little did i no for trusting boodle wow my account has been by the attorneys all this time and its now at its final stages where failure to make payment will result in me going to court.really i cant believe this its so hard to get through to customer service and all this trouble for an account i paid .this is clearly a mess up on there side andci need to be put through all this stress.i am a single parent and currently unemployed a family member loan me the money to make payment to boodle as i knew i had entered into a financial agreement with them .i made sure my account was paid but now this stress of HTN attorneys threating me to make payment really its making my life hell.i just want boodle to take ownership and get this resolved please
