Shocking and pathetic service

Absolutely shocking service! I have been emailing and begging this Company to fix their error! Their finance and account team have not resolved the issue. We are now on the 14th of the Month!!!! The person I dealt with was only interested until the loan was paid out. No-one has corrected the fact that the amount I received was a balance only and the rest of the money was meant to close my account. I am highly disappointed and I will not be continuing o support this company. Once my accounts are on R0.00 I hope to never hear from this terrible company again
