I app**** online on the 1st July for a loan the website says 3hours for a decision.. Now I am aware that the 1st was a Saturday but 4 days is ridiculous and evertime the call center agent says it's by the authorization department until the online application expired. Well done Boodle from 3 hours as advertised to 4 days.. What a waste of time
