Settlement feedback Zero help
No feedback sent 6 emails with proof of payment, im just told the payment will reflect saturday from chat services. I paid R60 for a INSTANT pay and CLEAR NOW EFT to settle my loan and close it. Chat services are useless emails are unanswered. Phone calls are on hold 30mins. I made a immediate payment that reflects instantly confirmed by my bank. Please close this loan

26 Aug 2019, 13:30Payment still not allocated to my loan, sent thirty emails with proof of payment. I made a payment on friday morning via pay and clear now Eft my bank has confirmed the funds is in your account since the second i paid it. Zero feedback

27 Aug 2019, 12:34Still not closed. 5 days now. This loan is due in one day. I sent 40+ emails, Facebook messages, call centre dont answer. You will be responsible for fees regarding debit orders that will be deducted because you dont do your work. Im reporting this behavior to the NCR it is pathetic. I paid this loan on Friday with a instant payment. Its still not allocated to my loan i specifically paid it a week before its due to have it closed as i have done several times in the past and was closed the same day. I paid R60 to have it reflect in your account immediately. Utterly disgusted in your service

28 Aug 2019, 12:47Loan still not closed and it is due tonight. Very disappointed. Now i will get negative feedback on my credit report due to you people not doing their work. Finance department has been apparently closing this settled loan for the past 6 days. The EFT i made reflected instantly in your account. Still not closed
