Service Unacceptable

hi please note that i made an application and im not satisfied with the Quote cause its not what i app**** for. Ive been calling the business numerous times the phone rings and then the phone goes off.

i have sent numerous email no one has gotten back to me what is happening to the service levels its unacceptable i have the same problem on a monthly basis. Please address the phones lines and service level.

Please can someone call me to ensure i get the amount required.
