I want to comment in 2 contexts. The first is to customers. I had a lot of issues. They have however addressed and resolved everything, within reasonable time frames and with reasonable results. For me, the reasonable is the important part. You guys really did a good job.
The second is to boodle. Thank you. I was angry and probably unreasonable. I want you to know that i am very impressed with your addressing of my issues, and i do really appreciate it. I am willing to go on record saying that the people i complained about did not deserve it and have done a good job. If you have an incentivisation model where consultants are remunerated based on feedback, i would be happy to take back my previous comments and confirm that the individuals involved did in fact, despite my aggression, resolve my issues to a degree far beyond my expectations.
