Repayment of loan
<p>From the first month that I could not repay the full loan amount I tried to make arrangements to pay it of over a 6 month period without any success.</p> <p><br />My initial loan amount was R 4135.35. Up to date I have paid R 3100.00 of that money. I do understand that interest will be charged but Boodle charged me with so many admin, interest and service fees that it is impossible to get this loan settled. Up to date they have charged me an amount of R 2366.36!!!!! Almost matching my repayments.</p> <p><br />This morning I tried to print my statement from the Boodle website without any success. I tried the online chats with two consultants, Gabby an Mpho. with almost NO response. The best I got out of them was requesting my ID number and then I waited but received no response.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I am not aware of ANY agreement. I have send numerous emails and are still waiting for a response.

Good afternoon.
At last a team leader, Sebastian Petrus, responded and sent me an e-mail with a offer for settlement.( Please note that this is now another month down the line).
The final settlement amount was paid on 26 Feb 2017. Up to date I have not received ANY confirmation that it was settled. I am still receiving demands per sms AND per e-mail.
I have sent two e-mails in the past two days for a statement an a confirmatoin of settlement.
And guess what?? NO RESPONSE!!!!!
