Remove unpaid accounts and update profile on bureaus

I was handed over to HTN Attorneys acting on behalf of Boodle PTY Ltd. I paid my two accounts in March 2021. I have been contacting the Attorneys to update my profile on the bureaus but they mentioned I need to speak to Boodle. To Date Boodle has not done anything, no follow up.

This is so disheartening especially in these times when we are all trying to survive. I have no idea what to do.
