Remove my Account? Difficult?

<p>I caught someone in the act registering a AFC on Boodle. Stopped the person responsible but I wanted to remove this Acc. Talked to KAY ("apparently Agent") about removing my Acc. I do NOT want my personal details near the site. So NO, I will never mail my I'd copy to Boodle. I will not email them because I want Boodle to know NOTHING about me. After I refused to send ID copy, I was asked if I am using a cell or Laptop? You shouldn't care Boodle!! Just remove my Acc. Then I was asked which country I reside in? Why?? Useless support system until proven wrong!</p>
