Refund not credited in full

This is the worst service I have ever received from this company. I took a short term loan with boodle and paid it before the scheduled date, even sent the proof of payment and all. The support team assured me that the proof of payment has been sent to the finance. When the scheduled date arrived I had moved all moneys into another account but they still decided they will debit. When my salary came on the 25th they took a full debit amount. Which I alerted the support team and they could say, we accelerated to the finance team. What BS, when I asked a refund for the full debited amount, they only credited me 500 short. Don't ever think I will take a short team loan with them. It's the worst service. Rather go with Wonga if you need a short team loan.
