Do not ever expect a refund from these guys. Almost a month 31 July 2024, and still waiting for it.

Please note that we have investigated below and have found no correspondence received prior to 01 August 2024.
The transaction was successfully debited prior to 1st notification received. Furthermore, the documentation supp**** by IDA Attorneys reflects that the proposal was only accepted by the client on 30 July 2024, which is also not sufficient time.
Contractually we require 7-working days notice on a matter, therefore no refund is due.
We trust you find this in order.
