Refund

I was prompted to make an additional instalment payment by an agent to qualify for a consolidation loan - this process commenced on the 29th July 2025. I made the ozow payment sent all my documents and only then did they advise that they could not process the loan. I was advised that my refund would take place on Thursday 31st and this has not happened. No one answers phones, no Whatsapp comms, emails are just left hanging and not answered. Very Disappointed to say the least
