Questionable Business Practice

As I type this review I've currently been on hold for 28 minutes. I was put on hold by Buhle who probably **** when she said she's calling a manager or someone senior. Boodle consultants have incredibly poor customer service skills and even worse telephone etiquette. I've now been on hold for over 30 minutes because I need to speak to someone regarding a declined loan that I never app**** for. This company does not seem to understand the repercussions that this has on ones credit profile.
