Payments Not Acknowledged

<p>I have paid the loan back, emailed them countless times with proof of payment.</p> <p>after all that they have sent my account to legal even though i have sent the proof of payment.</p> <p>this is now affecting my credit record. what makes it worse is the fact that when you contact them, they reply with "Kindly be advised your matter has been referred to our collections department for further attention, please expect feedback from them."</p>
