Pathetic customer service
Your customer experience and service is pathetic.First of all you present misleading information on your website.You state your loans will be approved in 10 minutes if you provide your online banking details and if you do it manually it will be approved in an hour.What a load of ****.O have gone through the same process with Fasta on a previous occasion and it was seamless.Get you system sorted out please.Since the time of writing it is now 4 hours since my appliication.By the way Siphwe from your support team is useless and needs customer service training
