Pathetic!!!!!!

<p>I got a boodle loan and then called a collections agent after 2 months because I missed my first debit order and was expected to pay R1408.52 on April 28th 2016, I did an electronic transfer for the exact amount on the expected date, I have done an eft before and it worked perfectly fine. I sent my proof of payment to the collections agent and she sent me a confirmation email acknowledging that she received it and sent it to the finance department. After a few days I saw that my account was still showing overdue and I called to speak to the same agent and she said everything is fine I should ignore the emails and sms's. Two weeks went by and my account was still showing overdue and then I called numerous times and nobody was able to help me, most of the agents could not help me some even dropped the line. Until finally I came accross one agent and he said that my proof of payment was not correct I should ask the bank to send me one and then send it to him.I did so on May 23th 2016 and the agent sent it to the finance department again and he said the account should be closed on May 27th. My account is still showing overdue up until today and tonight they just debited my account for R486.86 without any confirmation. The customer service agents do not help me at all and have no idea what customer service is. I am extremely furious!!! I am going to take this matter further urgently, this is unacceptable. </p>
