Not as efficient as they claim
I made a loan application with boodle on the 29th of December around 6:30 am and I uploaded all the required documents. Yesterday I did a follow up and I was told to send a colour copy of my ID which I did. And there hasn't been any feedback since. More than 48 hours my application is still pending yet they claim they will get back to you in 3 hours. Not a great service
