No Service at all!!!!!!!

I dont know how to feel about the service I have received so far from this company. I did my first application on the 09th of April 2024. If I didn't call in to ask about the application I wouldn't have known that I still need to send my 3 months bank statements as well. On the application it says payslip or bank statements. I sent the docs and waited, then I got an sms saying my application is expiring soon but did not get any communication from them at all. So the application expired. Then today I called in and asked why I haven't received any feedback from them and the lady could not say anything. I asked her why my application expired and she couldn't say anything. I was then told to do a new application which I did and they requested the same docs I sent the first time. I sent the docs and did the application and I am still waiting for any form of feedback. I am suprised that this business is still around. Something needs to be done about the service of this place.
