No response from Boodle

I am under debt review, Boodle was advised by my debit counsellor to cancel all debit check immediately on the 21/02/2024 but on my pay day I was debited R1889 and on the 24/02/2024 I was advised by my debt counsellor to request refund, till today they haven't responded and other creditors refunded me on Friday and Boodle debucted again R750 I don't know for what!!!
