No reply on queries

Taking 2 days for a decision on a loan for R2000 Got a call yesterday asking for documents. I submitted it immediately. Since I app**** it has been 2 days now with no answer. Maybe I will get declined again. Logged a call and asked on the online chat service. Just no answer
